Cardio Classes | Core Classes | Aqua Aerobics | Spinning | Aerobics Schedule

Classes are held Monday- Sunday for all fitness levels, including aqua aerobics, yoga, sports conditioning, Pilates, Spinning, step and traditional aerobics. You may pick up an aerobics schedule at the front desk. Each class is described in detail with the fitness level of the class noted. All classes are included with your membership, with the exception of Spinning. For more information you may contact the Group Exercise Director.
